Man Arrested For Allegedly Shoplifting At Rite-Aid

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man was taken to jail after he allegedly stole several items from Rite Aid. Utica Police say, 47-year-old William Miller of Park Avenue was seen stealing beer, mouthwash and a can of disinfectant by the store's loss prevention personnel yesterday afternoon. Police charged Miller with Petit Larceny. He was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge at a later date in Utica City Court. Officials say the incident occurred around 3:25 p.m., at the Rite Aid on 1503 Genesee Street in Utica.
