Man Arrested For Allegedly Stealing From Construction Site

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police say they arrested a man for allegedly stealing items from a demolition site. According to the report, 48-year-old Jerry Ezell of John Street in Utica is accused of making off with cast iron piping from the construction site on 71 North Genesee Street. Police charged Ezell with Petit Larceny. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Utica City Court. Officials say the incident happened on 4/20/11.
