Man Charged Under Leandra’s Law

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - A New Hartford man was arrested and charged under "Leandra's Law" following a traffic stop on Route 5.

New Hartford Police say 34-year old Christopher Isom was driving drunk with a child under the age of 16 in his vehicle.

Isom was charged with one felony count of aggravated DWI, one misdemeanor count of aggravated DWI and one misdemeanor count of driving while intoxicated.

He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child and numerous vehicle and traffic violations.
