Man Charged With Threatening Oneida County Sheriff’s Deputies
A Westmoreland man is facing charges for allegedly threatening Oneida County Sheriff's Deputies with a knife.
Deputies were called to a home on Abbe Boulevard to check on the welfare of one of the residents. When they arrived, they were confronted at the door by 52-year old Michael Evans.
Evans was charged with menacing a police officer and criminal possession of a weapon. He was sent to the Oneida County jail on $30,000 bail.
