Town of Annsville, NY (WIBX) - The autopsy report of the man involved in a stabbing altercation earlier this month at the Taberg Legion in the Town of Annsville is being released. Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol says the Onondaga County medical examiners findings reveal that the victim, 26-year-Joseph M. Andrewski, died as a result of a single stab wound to the left groin area, which struck his femoral artery.

Investigators say it happened when Andrewski and 29-year-old Jeremiah G. Cullen, of Holland Patent got into a fight. They say Andrewski stabbed Cullen in the left shoulder and when the two fell to the ground, Andrewski received the fatal stab wound to his groin area. He died the next day at Upstate University Hospital. Cullen was treated at Rome Hospital.

The investigation is still on-going. Police are now looking for a third man, 36-year-old Frank A. Aiello of Holland Patent. They say he's wanted for questioning. Anyone with information about the September 8 altercation is asked to contact the Oneida County Sheriff's Office at (315) 765-2737. Investigators say all call will remain anonymous.
