A four month-long investigation is Oswego County has led to the arrest of a man and woman from Sandy Creek, New York.

In a written statement released overnight New York State Police say 42-year-old William C. McDowell and 35-year-old Christina M. Peach, both of White Pines Drive in Sandy Creek, were arrested following the execution of a search warrant at their home on December 23, 2013.

Both are facing charges for alleged criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful methamphetamine manufacturing.  And, since two young children were inside the home where the meth was reported to have been made, McDowell and Peach are each also facing a charge of child endangerment.  The children are under the supervision of Oswego County Child Protective Services.
