ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — New York state will begin collecting toys, coats and school supplies for a holiday drive.

The Office of General Services is setting up drop-off locations at state-operated buildings around New York for new unwrapped toys, coats and school supplies. The drop-off locations will take in donations from Nov. 26 through Dec. 14.

The items will be distributed to families in underserved communities throughout New York state.
