NH Police: Restaurant Brawl A Domestic Dispute

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - A brawl outside of a restaurant on Seneca Turnpike in New Hartford last night is still under investigation because officials are trying to make sense of conflicting witness accounts about a possible weapon being used. According to the New Hartford Police Department report, the altercation was a fight between a woman's current boyfriend and her ex-boyfriend.

Police say neither parties are filing charges against one another and the case looks to be a domestic dispute however, because one of the witnesses to the fight told police that they saw a knife--the case is being investigated further. Officials say the woman was the only party involved in the brawl still at the scene when police arrived--they say, both males left and have yet to come forward. Due to the nature of the incident the identities of those involved are not being released. Police could only say that the woman's ex-boyfriend is from Utica and her current boyfriend from Syracuse.
