ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — A new state website links to resources for youths, their parents, caregivers and workers providing direct care in New York.

Developed by the state Council on Children and Families, MSNavigator.org shows support and services available from various health, education and other agencies.

It's intended to simplify finding information on subjects including disabilities, foster care, health, financial assistance, challenging behaviors, legal rights and education.

The website translates information into more than 100 languages.

Council Executive Director Deborah Benson says it addresses the confusion and frustration families and youths have long experienced in trying to know where to go and who to ask for help.
