Officer Kelly Retires From UPD

Utica, NY (WIBX) - After 41 years of service, Utica Police Master Patrol Officer Chuck Kelly retired from the Utica Police Department on Wednesday.
Kelly began his career in May of 1970 and has passed his love of law enforcement on to his children.

His son Chuck is a Sgt. with the UPD.

Another son, Paul Kelly, is working as an intern in the Oneida County District Attotney's Office and is starting law school in the fall.
