The Utica man who was found guilty last week of making terroristic threats against Utica College in March was back in Oneida County Court today.

24-year old Fahrudin Omerovic pleaded guilty to a charge of identity theft.

Omerovic was charged with using someone else's credit card to purchase two vacuum cleaners which he had delivered to the Utica College bookstore under his name.

Omerovic will be sentenced on February 18th.

He'll be sentenced on terroristic threat charges on January 29th.
