The former Utica College student accused of making threats against the college was in Oneida County Court on Friday.

23-year old Fahrudin Omerovic of Utica was arraigned on two counts of making a terroristic threat.

The District Attorney's Office made Omerovic a plea offer of ten years in state prison.

He could face 2 to 7 years in prison on each charge if convicted at trial.

Omerovic is scheduled to be back in court on April 26th to answer to the offer.

More than 100 members of law enforcement responded to Utica College on March 5th after threats were made against the college.
