Utica College Threat Suspect Back In Court

The Utica man charged with making threats that led to a lockdown at Utica College last week was in Utica City Court on Monday morning.

23-year Fahrudin Omerovic waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

The case is now headed to an Oneida County grand jury for consideration.

Omerovic is charged with four counts of making a terroristic threat.
