New York, NY (WIBX) - "Phishing" season is revving up again for scammers, the IRS warning about a new e-mail designed to get your information.

The e-mail looks like it comes from the Defense Accounting Sevice and even displays a ".mil" address. It promises money and the IRS' Dianne Besunder says it is definitely not legitimate.

She says that the IRS never asks for pin numbers online, and does not deal with third party agents.
