Police Release Several Names In Sauquoit Valley High School Vandalism

New Hartford Police have released the names of some of those suspected of vandalizing Sauquoit Valley High School.

Michael Mahl, Robert Dote, Luis Rosado, Jose Santini and Zachary Thomas were allegedly part of a large group, of students and former students who caused an estimated $24,000 in damage.

The vandalism included spray painting lockers, super glue filled water fountains and door locks, and police say some of the students were shooting paint ball guns in the school.

The names of more than a dozen others were not released because they qualify as youthful offenders.
