A home-based methamphetamine lab was shut down this week after a search warrant was executed in the Village of Greene.

Following a period of surveillance, at approximately 7:00pm on October 10, 2014 law enforcement personnel entered the home of 47-year old Carmine P. Pezzino, II located at 87 South Chenango Street.

Pezzino now faces a felony charge of unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine.  He was sent to the Chenango County Correctional Facility without bail.

Others inside the home were charged with loitering.  They were issued appearance tickets for future court dates.  Those individuals are 26-year old Cody A. Bush, 29-year old Rebecca A. Fiore, and 26-year old Heather M. Clark.

More charges are expected to be filed as the investigation continues.
