Rome Man Charged With Killing His Wife Appears In Court
The Rome man accused of killing his wife and dumping her body in a dumpster was in Oneida County Court on Friday.
Jason D'Avolio pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree murder and concealment of a human corpse in the death of Kerrliee D'Avolio.
Her body was found in the Ava landfill in July.
The District Attorney's Office has made a plea offer to D'Avolio.
He'll be back in court in early October.
