Rome Police and the Onondaga County Medical Examiners Office are continuing to investigate the death of 32-year old Kerrilee D'Avolio of Rome.

Police now say the preliminary autopsy report will not be available until early next week, August 12th at the earliest.

Authorities say there are additional complex investigative measures and expert assistance that is needed with the investigation before a preliminary autopsy report can be submitted.

Kerrrilee D'Avolio's body was found last week in the Ava landfill.

Her husband, Jason D'Avolio has only been charged with concealment of a human corpse.

More charges are anticipated following the autopsy results.
