Rooted In Rome Event To Be Held October 18th

Five community partners are teaming up to present "Rooted In Rome."

The event is being sponsored by the City of Rome, Rome Memorial Hospital, the Rome City School District. Mohawk Valley Community College and the Griffiss Business and Technology Park.

It will take place on Wednesday, October 18th from 4:00 to 7:00 at MVCC's newly renovated Rome Campus.

The free event will take a look at Rome's best assets and why the city is a great place to live and work in.  In addition to interactive displays, there will also be a job fair and tastings from Copper City Brewing Company.
