New Hartford Police have announced a second arrest in the attempted Walmart robbery that took place on August 20th.

Yesterday New Hartford Police Department concluded their investigation with the arrest of a second suspect, 22-year-old Marvin DeJesus of Utica.

DeJesus is facing multiple charges in the case. One count of attempted robbery in the first degree, two counts of attempted robbery in the second degree, one count of unlawful imprisonment in the first degree, one count of criminal possession of a firearm, one count of criminal possession of a weapon.

DeJesus was arraigned in the town of New Hartford Court and sent to Oneida county correctional facility on 35-thousand dollar bail.
