Senator Griffo To Host Education Town Hall Series

State Senator Joseph Griffo will be hosting a three-part Education Town Hall series in Oneida County.

Griffo says the series will feature some of the state's most influential education leaders.

The first Town Hall will be held on October 1st at from 6:30 to 8:00 at Westmoreland High School and will be attended by Senate Education Committee Chair Senator John Flanagan.

The second part of the series will take place on October 7th in Whitesboro and will feature State Education Commissioner John King.

The third Town Hall will be held in late October.

Griffo says it's an effort to focus on the challenges facing school districts and colleges in the Mohawk Valley.
