Several People Arrested At Kennedy Plaza Apartments

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Police arrested five people after carrying out several search warrants at the Kennedy Plaza Apartments in Utica. Police say they discovered a quantity of cocaine, marijuana, drug scales, packaging materials and money.

According to the report, those facing multiple misdemeanor and felony charges are: 26 year old Adam L. Carter; 21 year old Naketa M. Cox; 30 year old Joseph S. Ingram; 19 year old Dezza Rae C. Gaines, and 48 year old Angles S. Torres.

The suspects are all facing multiple charges ranging from Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Officials say the search warrants were a result of an investigation by several law enforcement departments into the sale and distribution of narcotics.
