State Police Arrest Two For Check Fraud

State Police have arrested two people after an investigation into check cashing fraud.
Police say 23 year old Stephanie Southard and 29 year old Richard Murphy were both charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument after they allegedly used two counterfeit check at a Town of Paris business.

Both Murphy and Southard were sent to the Oneida County Jail.
