Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Police are trying to locate the owner of a dog that was left out in the cold last night. Police say the male Pitt Bull was tied up at a table at the corner of Whitesboro and Dewitt Street in Utica. They say the dog is about three years old. Police are asking for the public's help.
