UPD Looking For Person Who Left Dog Out In The Cold

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Police are trying to locate the owner of a dog that was left out in the cold last night. Police say the male Pitt Bull was tied up at a table at the corner of Whitesboro and Dewitt Street in Utica. They say the dog is about three years old. Police are asking for the public's help. Anyone with information is asked to call UPD at (315)223-3500. All calls will be kept confidential.
