A Whitesboro Girl Scout is being recognized for making a real difference close to home — and she’s not the only local name on this year’s list of top Girl Scout honors.

Meet Isabel Fingerman of Liverpool, right in the Syracuse area. She just received one of the highest honors for the Girl Scouts- The Medal Of Honor.
