A deadly Rockland County wrong-way head-on crash has claimed the life of one, and left several others badly injured.

State Troopers responded to a fatal 2-car accident on Route 12 on Tuesday that took the life of an Upstate NY man.

The son of Assemblyman Robert Smullen, who was struck by a car and critically injured last week, has a traumatic brain injury and is fighting strong "hour by hour. day by day," according a Facebook post.
