Roefaro Wants High Risk Sex Offenders Tracked For Life
Utica, NY (WIBX) - On the heels of the news that a convicted rapist living in Utica has gone missing, Utica Mayor David Roefaro wants the state Division of Criminal Justice Services to oversee a plan to track the most dangerous sex offenders for life.
