Utica's very own Will Smith was shot and killed following a fender bender that turned violent in New Orleans on Saturday, April 9, 2016. Smith's wife was also injured in the shooting after police say the driver of the vehicle that drove into Smith's SUV displayed a gun and then began shooting.  Police say Smith was inside his vehicle when he was shot. He was only 34.
