He allegedly jumped bail and then took cover - under a bed.  But that did not stop New York State Police from finding a New York man.

41-Year old James F. Kennerup of Kirkwood was taken into custody on April 22, 2014 after troopers went to home on Frost Road in Windsor looking for him.

Although they did not immediately see Kennerup, they eventually found him under a bed in the home.  He was arrested on a bench warrant from the Town of Kirkwood Court related to a previous allegation of possession of a controlled substance.  He is now also being charged with bail jumping in the third degree.

Kennerup was arraigned in the Town of Kirkwood Court and brought to the Broome County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
