Three Arrested Following Execution Of Search Warrants

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police are reporting the arrest of three individuals on felony drug charges. According to the report, the arrests follow the execution of search warrants on their homes.

Officials charged James A. Wells and Reggie L. Sullivan, both of Neilson Street, with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, a Felony. Leroy V. Lucas is also facing a similar charge including, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Misdemeanor.

Law enforcement officials say the search warrants follow an investigation into the sale and distribution of narcotics. All three suspects will answer the charges at a later date in Utica City Court.
