Three Arrested Following Fight With Landlord

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Three people were taken to jail following a fight on Seymour Avenue in Utica. According to the report, the brawl happened when one of the suspects--21-year-old Joshua Green--struck his landlord in the face with a wooden board. Utica police subsequently arrested Green, 18-year-old Nathaniel Gary and 19-year-old Laquaisha Gary. The suspects are all facing charges ranging from Trespassing, Criminal Mischief, Harassment and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Officials did not release the photo of the third suspect.
