Three juveniles are facing charges in connection with a fire at Harden Furniture in Oneida on September 14th.

Oneida City Police say the fire started on the third floor in the rear of the building as the result of two of the boys allegedly using lighters to light saw dust on fire.

Police say the three gained access to the building by breaking a window.

The fire was put out quickly by the Oneida City Fire Department and the building suffered only minor damage.

The three boys, two 14 years olds and a 12-year old, are facing charges including criminal mischief, criminal trespass and arson

All three will appear at the Madison County Probation Department to answer the charges..
