Top Ten Finish For Hermin Garic At LA Marathon

A local wheelchair racer is celebrating a top ten finish in the Los Angeles Marathon.

25-year old Hermin Garic of Utica placed seventh in the Pushrim Division on Sunday in a time of 1:53:30.

Garic, who's a member of the Sitrin STARS Program. won the Pushrim Division in the 2015 Miami Marathon in January.

It was his second straight win in the Miami Marathon.
