Tractor Trailer Rollover On River Road

Utica, NY (WIBX) -  A tractor trailer rollover on River Road between in Utica is causing some trafic delays this afternoon.

Utica police say the truck was from Malone, New York and was transporting apples.

River Road between the Utica-Marcy boarder is still closed to traffic.

The rig rolled onto its side after coming off the ramp from Route 12. The truck driver was not injured, and told police be believed there was a problem with the brakes.

The accident is under investigation.
