The ongoing quarterback competitions for two NFL teams have come to an end today.

The Philadelphia Eagles new head coach Chip Kelly announced this morning that Michael Vick will be at the helm of the Eagle's offense to start the 2013 season. The news comes after a training camp season that left fans speculating whether Vick would claim the starting job, or if second year quarterback Nick Foles would get the nod. Foles will instead serve as Vick's backup this year.

In similar news, the Cleveland Browns new head coach Rob Chudzinski has named Brandon Weeden the week 1 starter after competition pitted him against eight year veteran Jason Campbell and five year veteran Brian Hoyer.

Chudzinski said Weeden handled the competition well and after talking with offensive coordinator Norv Turner, the decision was clear.
