Two Sisters Arrested At New Hartford TJ Maxx

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - Two moms armed with burglary tools and a baby stroller almost made off with about $935 worth of merchandise.

32-Year old Jessica Hartman and her sister, 23-year old Kayla Hartman, both of Utica, allegedly stole clothes, sunglasses, and a purse from the New Hartford T.J. Maxx.

Kayla was released pending a future court appearance.

Jessica, who had her two children with her during the robbery, was sent to the Oneida County Jail.
