UPD Charge Teen For Refusing To Pay $200 Cab Fare

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police arrested a teen for refusing to pay a $200 cab fare. Officials say 17-year-old Zlatan Bolic took a taxi from Syracuse to Utica and refused to pay the driver for the service. Police responded to the scene at 1017 Smith Place in Utica and subsequently charged Bolic with Theft of Services.
