Utica City Worker Gets Probation For March Hit-And-Run Accident
Utica City employee Andrew Brindisi has reportedly been sentenced to probation and a fine for leaving the scene of an accident earlier this year where he allegedly hit a man.
WKTV is reporting Brindisi was sentenced to one year probation and a $500 fine and will also receive points on his license.
The man was hospitalized and the area surrounding the Mid-York Library in West Utica was evacuated after Brindisi's car allegedly ruptured a gas line.
The case was heard by Judge Michael Dwyer.
