Utica Green Waste Pickup Completed For 2014
The City of Utica is announcing that green waste and leaf pickup is now completed for 2014.
Utica DPW says they have collected green waste six times in each section of the City since September.
Bulk green waste pickup for the spring is expected to resume in mid to late April.
