Utica Man Arrested for Crack Cocaine Possession

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Police arrested 47-year old Clay Kahler of Jason Street after they say he was found with crack cocaine.

Kahler was charged with 2 counts of felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and an additional misdemeanor count of that same charge.

According to police, the arrest took place during a traffic stop on the 900 block of Lenox Avenue.
