Utica Man Arrested On Forgery Charge

A Utica man wanted by the Oneida County Sheriff's Office in a fraud investigation has turned himself in to police.

19-year old Zinaid Covic is accused of using a credit card number belonging to the victim to order food from Domino's Pizza on Chenanago Road in Utica five times from last November through January.

Deputies say Covic would allegedly sign the victim's name to the sales receipt.

He was charged with forgery.
