Utica Man Arrested On Rape Charge

A Utica man has been arrested on a rape charge following an investigation by State Police.

50-year old Calvin Hoyle is accused of having sex with a girl under the age of 17 last month in Utica.

Hoyle was arraigned in Utica City Court and is being held without bail.

The victim was offered services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
