Utica Man Charged With Drug Possession

Deerfield, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man was charged with possession of more than one-thousand milligrams of ketamine following a traffic stop on Route 8 in Deerfield.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says 21-year old Ivan Popov was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

He was arraigned an released on his own regognizance.
