Utica Police Search Warrant Leads to More Heroin Off the Streets
Two people are facing Felony charges following the execution of a search warrant in Utica.
On Tuesday members of the Utica Police Special Investigations Section raided a residences on Conkling Avenue in response to an investigation into the sale and possession of illegal narcotics.
During the search a quantity of heroin was located in the residence. As a result 38-year-old Delmar Cromwell and 33-year-old Melanie S. Grzesik were both arrested on several charges.
Cromwell was charged with Felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Misdemeanor Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia. Grzesik was located at the residence and was wanted on a prior Felony Forgery charge.
