Utica Teen Arrested For Third Time This Month

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica teen was arrested for the third time this month for the same crime.

Rondell Jones, 18, and Raheem Spratt, 18, both of Utica, were pulled over yesterday by Utica Police in the area of Steuben and Arthur Streets.

Police alleged that Spratt was driving a stolen Toyota Camry. When the two were pulled over for a traffic stop, they fled the scene, driving through a stop sign.

The pair then exited the still moving vehicle, which struck a house on the 1400 block of Steuben Street. Police later caught them on Miller Street.

Both are charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Jones was previously arrested on February 4th and 18th for driving or occupying stolen cars.
