The third installment of streetscape banners for the City of Utica were unveiled on Friday at City Hall.

Mayor Robert Palmieri says this year's edition was designed by Ryan McGrogan of McGrogan Design, along with photographer Tim Carey.

The banners were printed by Utica Sign and Graphics.

The new banners will replace last year's version and will be installed throughout Utica along several main streets over the next two to three weeks.

Palmieri says Community Banner Showcase has produced the banners over the last three years with no cost to the City.
