Utica Woman Arrested In Domestic Dispute

A Utica woman has been arrested after a domestic dispute.

Utica police say they responded to a home on the 1100 block of Court street where they found a man with a cut to his face.

He says he and his girlfriend were arguing when she allegedly used a piece of a broken ashtray to cut him.

UPD then arrested Deanna Payne, 41, and charged her with 2nd degree assault.
