Verona’s New London Road Bridge To Temporarily Become Single Lane

Verona, NY (WIBX) - The New London Road Bridge on Route 46 in Verona will temporarily be reduced to one lane in order to replace a deteriorating guiderail.

Officials with the New York State Department of Transportation say today a new traffic signal began operating with a single flashing yellow light.

Next week, the light will be transitioned into a full three-color signal, as workers move to replace the guiderail.

Lane restrictions will be in place for at least four weeks.
