Visitor Restrictions Lifted At St. Luke’s And St Elizabeth Hospitals

Due to a decline in the number of cases of flu-like illness among area patients, Mohawk Valley Health System is lifting visitor restrictions.

Restrictions have been lifted for the Maternity and Pediatric Unit at the St Luke's Campus and the Pediatric Unit at St. Elizabeth Medical Center.

While the restrictions have been lifted, hospital officials ask that if you are planning to visit a patient and feel ill with any type of upper respiratory problem, you should stay home and delay your visit.

The restrictions had been in effect since March 7th.
